The ION team requested a 360° event, to cover all aspects of their annual summer event. Their rooftop terrace was transformed from a simple yet functional space into a chic, convivial environment with three different areas in which guests could chat, network and make new connections. Guests were greeted by our welcome team before moving on to a Champagne and canapé reception. Spanish Jamón was then served beside bowl food prepared over our Asado style wood fired grill. To tie the venue together and thus provide a strong, consistent aesthetic, oak furnishings with a black metal finish were used to compliment the smokey notes of the grill. To finish the evening, a sommelier led whisky tasting bar was offered, exploring the UK's finest drams.
